Annual Tuition & Fees
YOPBC strives to provide a high-quality music education program at minimal cost to the musicians’ families. The Registration Fee, Activity Fee and Tuition are due at the time of registration and must be paid in full by August 1st. Tuition and Fees are not refundable under any circumstances, and are not pro-rated for musicians joining YOPBC after the start of the season.
Tuition for the 2011-12 season
Tuition fees are not refundable. A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration and the balance must be paid in full by August 1, 2011, unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance and approved by the Board of Directors. A $95 administrative fee is due at the time of registration. Each family asked to commit a minimum of 10 hours of time OR pay an additional $150.00.
Philharmonic Orchestra Tuition:
$425 for first family member
$400 for each additional family member
Symphony Orchestra Tuition:
$425 for first family member
$400 for each additional family member
String Orchestra Tuition:
$375 for first family member
$350 for each additional family member
Financial Assistance & Scholarships Financial Aid, Need-Based Scholarships and Tuition Payment Plans are available upon request for those families needing assistance to meet YOPBC financial requirements. To apply for assistance, a Financial Aid/Scholarship Application form must be completed as part of the registration process. Limited scholarships are available to those families demonstrating financial need. Please contact the Executive Director for application forms.
