Philharmonic Orchestra

Directed by Manuel C. Capote

The Philharmonic is for musicians of advanced ability playing professional level music. The orchestra is conducted by Manuel C. Capote. Auditions are held in the Spring and periodically during the course of the season based on instrumentation needs and seating availability. Audition requirements vary for each of the three orchestras, but generally include a solo piece (of the applicant's choice), scales, arpeggios, and a short sight-reading example.
